Voices from the Field: Young plant raising brings hope to youth

According to the Vision 2014 blueprint, Uganda is expected to transform from a peasant society to a modern and prosperous country in the next 30 years (GoU, 2013). In order to achieve this economic advancement, all other aspects of the population including sociodemographic behaviour have to be improved upon to match the predicted rise in income.
