Let “The True Cost” be a warning to laggards

Tonight, the Solidaridad team watched the new documentary “The True Cost” with much interest. It provided an insider’s look at the world behind the clothing industry, which greatly contributes to the public’s awareness of the enormous problems facing the sector. Unfortunately, the documentary also overgeneralizes and makes no distinction between business that are already contributing to solutions and those that are lagging behind.
